With your monthly subscription to our video library, you also receive one 30 minute private session via Zoom with Kim. We will also be sending you a couple of exercise bands right away so you can get started with your Pilates At Home Program. You will have access to our private FaceBook page where you can reach Kim with questions as they arise. This is not a hands-off service. Kim is here for you every step of the way. We will be adding videos often so you can continue to grow in your Pilates practice.
